Svetlana Kuznetsova Triumphs in Beijing

Reigning French Open champion Svetlana Kuznetsova has added another prize to her 2009 trophy collection. The Russian star blitzed past Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland on Sunday to win her third title of the season at the China Open in Beijing. Kuznetsova, seeded sixth, needed just two sets to defeat the twelfth-seeded Radwanska 6-2, 6-4. It is Kuznetsova’s third Sony Ericsson WTA Tour singles title of the year after Stuttgart and Roland Garros, and overall the twelfth victory of her career.
